This will be paid as montioned in paraʼraph 6c of the

Admiralty Letter quoted.

5.- Further, it appears that it has not been possible

to dispense with the Kaval Visual Station at d'Aguilar in

completion of the W/T.Station, and that consequently it is

not desired to retransfor the site to the Colonial Government

as was contemplated in 1914. It will, therefore, be

necessary to continue the nominal rent of 1 in respect

of this site.

I am accordingly to request that Their Lordships of the Treasury will assent to the cessation of the whole contribution of $2,000 as from the 1st January next, and to the continuance of the rent of 1 in respect of the d'Aguilar

Visual Station.
